This Policy describes how the Association of Friends of Children's Home No. 16 in Warsaw ("we", "the Association") processes the personal data of people using the przyjacieledomudziecka.pl website and people who contact the Association.

Purposes and legal basis
Personal data (name, email address) submitted via the contact form or direct email is processed in order to respond to your enquiry — the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Donor data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the donation and meeting tax obligations — the legal basis is performance of a contract and a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Recipients of data
Infrastructure providers (Vercel Inc., MongoDB Atlas), the payment operator zrzutka.pl, and where required the Association's accounting service.
Transfers outside the EEA
Infrastructure providers may process data in countries outside the EEA on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Retention period
Contact-form data — for the period needed to respond and no longer than 12 months. Donor data — for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year in which the donation was made).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise these rights please contact us by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
